We also have deep knowledge of regulatory issues involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank, assisting clients with the accreditation of managers and financial institutions, daily legal and regulatory services, as well as defenses of Letters issued by regulators and self-regulators, including defending clients’ interests in Administrative Sanctioning Proceedings (PAS).
