Luana is a lawyer in the Capital Markets practice, working on transactions focused on public offerings of securities, as well as structured credit transactions and financings secured by fiduciary liens. She drafts and reviews transaction documents, conducts legal due diligence, and advises clients on regulatory and self-regulatory matters before the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and ANBIMA, particularly under the offering regime established by CVM Resolution 160.
