Thabata is an associate at SouzaOkawa’s Corporate practice, focusing on drafting a wide range of corporate documents and on the incorporation and regularization of companies with foreign ownership. She works on the implementation of corporate restructurings and reorganizations for Brazilian companies and multinational groups, drafts and reviews commercial agreements, and takes part in corporate due diligence, in addition to handling registration updates for Brazilian and foreign companies before the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) and the Central Bank of Brazil.
