His work includes reviewing and drafting real estate instruments, such as purchase and sale agreements, assignment agreements, lease agreements, and condominium bylaws, ensuring technical accuracy and legal certainty from the early stages of negotiations. With practical experience before Real Estate Registry Offices and other relevant authorities, he is regularly involved in strategic procedures essential to the successful completion of real estate transactions, including registrations, recordation of property rights, boundary adjustments, subdivision procedures, and the release of security interests. Through a dynamic and hands-on approach, he contributes to mitigating registry-related risks and streamlining the regularization of real estate assets.
