Ana is an attorney in the Real Estate practice at SouzaOkawa Advogados, with experience advising developers, real estate companies, investors, and corporate clients on complex real estate transactions. Her practice includes the structuring of real estate developments, incorporations, subdivisions, property acquisitions, real estate due diligence, and M&A transactions involving real estate assets. She has experience with real estate and land regularization processes, notarial and registry procedures, the establishment and regularization of condominium developments, as well as advising on urban planning approvals and project licensing. Ana also assists clients in structuring real estate transactions and preparing legal opinions on a wide range of real estate matters.Entities and Associations
