Aloísio is a partner in the Real Estate practice at SouzaOkawa, with extensive experience in transactions involving the full lifecycle of real estate developments, from conception to implementation. His practice encompasses the acquisition of assets for real estate development, legal due diligence, and the registration of real estate developments and subdivision projects. He has deep expertise in real estate regularization matters, administrative approvals, and the obtaining of permits and licenses before Municipal Authorities, INCRA, and other competent regulatory bodies. He also advises clients in administrative and judicial real estate regularization proceedings, including boundary rectifications, adverse possession claims, compulsory conveyance actions, and registry-related proceedings, as well as conducting real estate legal audits (due diligence). His practice further includes real estate litigation, with experience in eviction actions, lease renewal and rent review proceedings, as well as partition and possessory disputes.
