The article addresses the main models of real estate exploration structured in recent years by public service concessionaires aiming at obtaining ancillary revenues in public-private partnership contracts in Brazil, as well as the possible tax consequences of the modeling for the operation of the projects and for the main services provided through the public-private partnership contract.
