Experience

Flávia is an attorney in the Corporate and M&A, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management areas at SouzaOkawa. Working in various fields of corporate law, she represents the interests of medium and large national and international companies. She has experience in M&A transactions, including implementing tax planning structures for individuals and companies, corporate reorganizations, and asset and succession planning for large family groups in Brazil and abroad. Flávia participates in events with Grupo Mauá, an independent and non-partisan group composed of leading families and entrepreneurs in their sectors.
