Daniela is the head of the Energy area at Souza Okawa. With over 15 years of experience in the electric sector, she advises national and international clients on transactional and regulatory matters. Her work is characterized by expertise in strategic commercial contracts and regulatory issues in the energy sector, focusing on investments, development and operation of projects, and energy commercialization. Daniela has extensive experience in M&A, energy purchase and sale agreements, construction, and supply of equipment for energy projects. Having worked at renowned law firms and major national and multinational companies in the electric sector, she has led significant M&A operations, hydroelectric concession auctions, project financing, and debt renegotiations.
