The Budgetary Department of the State of São Paulo has recently published Ordinance SRE/2023, providing new tax procedures for various operations develop within the territory of São Paulo (such as return/withdrawal of goods, sales under order/or for future delivery, trade/industrial consignment, shipments of goods for demonstration or display, among others), affecting several sectors, including operations regarding e-commerce.
