Normative instruction RFB No. 2,167/2023 was published on December 20, 2023, regulating the exclusion of interest for the payment of debts in cases decided in favor of the Government entity by a casting vote, which establishes the requirements for the application of article 25-A of Decree No. 70,235/1972.
