Brazilian authorities published Federal Law No. 14,801, regulating the new infrastructure bonds aiming at fostering the funding of infrastructure projects as well as PDI initiatives.
This legislation has been long awaited by the market and certainly will support the economic development in Brazil.
Regulation to come enabling such bonds is the new frontier for investors.
