Experience
Francisco is a founding partner in the Tax area at SouzaOkawa, with solid expertise in tax consultancy and litigation, developing legal opinions for complex cases. He has actively contributed to discussions on the Brazilian Tax Reform by participating in a hearing organized by the Senate Committee on Economic Affairs. Francisco leverages his strong academic background to teach, serving as a professor of Law in the postgraduate program at PUC-SP, as well as teaching and coordinating the Specialization in Tax Law at IBET, and lecturing at the School of Advocacy of Paraíba – OAB/PB.Entities and Associations
