Private companies have until the end of the month to register for the “Programa Justiça 4.0” tool, which will centralize, through the Electronic Judicial Domicile, summons and subpoenas relating to legal proceedings from all courts on a single digital platform.
If companies don’t register by May 30, the data will be the one available from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Office. And if the company and those responsible do not access the e-mail with the subpoenas, they will miss the deadlines for appeals.
