Marcos is a tax attorney at SouzaOkawa, with notable expertise in administrative and judicial tax litigation. He develops consultancy, restructuring, opinions, and queries for medium and large companies. Marcos is a researcher at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), where he is part of the Study Group on “Consumption Taxation” and contributes to the tax reform proposal formulated by Professor Luís Eduardo Schoueri.
