Jaili is a partner in the Civil Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation practice at SouzaOkawa, with extensive experience in strategic disputes, both domestic and international, involving highly complex legal issues and significant economic impact. Over more than two decades of practice, she has represented clients in major disputes across the corporate, contractual, banking, capital markets, energy, and infrastructure sectors. She has broad experience in judicial proceedings as well as domestic and international arbitrations, having acted in cases administered by leading institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), and the B3 Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM B3). She has also worked alongside renowned international law firms in multi-jurisdictional arbitrations. In addition, Jaili has advised clients in mediations and high-profile strategic disputes, including matters that attracted significant media attention, and has received recognition in leading legal industry rankings and awards.
