Victória is an attorney in the Corporate Law, M&A, and Contracts practices at SouzaOkawa, with a strong background in Business Law. She has extensive experience in the drafting and implementation of corporate acts, advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as in the review and negotiation of contracts and in complex corporate reorganizations involving publicly held and privately held companies, limited liability companies, and structures with foreign investments. She also advises clients on wealth planning and succession matters.
