Guilherme is a partner in the Tax area of SouzaOkawa, with a prominent focus on indirect taxes, both in consultative and contentious spheres. He was a member of the Retail Competitiveness Forum, promoted by the Ministry of Economy, and is the Director of Tax Affairs for the Brazilian Association of Electronic Commerce. He is frequently invited to contribute to topics related to e-commerce taxation in public hearings before the Federal Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, having been responsible for drafting legislation and leading collective actions with national scope and impact.
