He has significant expertise in investment and partnership contracts, especially in concessions, PPPs and other forms of business contracting with state authorities. He has advised clients of the Government, Multilateral Organizations and Private Companies in privatization processes, as well as in the modeling of infrastructure projects, having worked in advising on bids, discussions of renegotiation and contractual rebalancing, in litigation and agreements with the Government, Regulatory Agencies and Authorities. Fernando is also actively involved in academia, having published numerous articles served as a visiting professor in the Environmental Sanitation MBA program at FESP\/SP; in the PSP Hub\u2019s PPP in
